How can I pay for my merchandise? What types of payments do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal merchant services.

What exactly is a customized picture crystal?

It is a decorative crystal with your personal photo chemically bonded to the crystal's surface using a special bonding agent.  The final product is durable and beautiful and the bonding method will preserve your photo for decades to come.

Is my information secure? 

Yes, We use PayPal and Google Checkout as our payment processing methods. When purchasing online with our secure shopping cart, your credit card information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to the merchant system for verification and approval. 

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a refund or replacement.

What if an item is defective? 

If a purchased item is defective, simply notify us within three days of receiving the shipment to receive return instructions. Upon receiving the defective item, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you. 

How are my items shipped? 

All in-stock orders are typically shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays) of receiving payment. We ship all items with USPS.  

How do you calculate shipping cost? 

Shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout. Our shopping cart is integrated with USPS so that shipping cost is calculated in real time based on weight and destination.
